Miss Brussels Sprouts 2004. Did you know that's what they LOOK like when they come out of the ground? I didn't. 

We are going into Neal's Yard, a cheese shop at Borough Market, to look for the perfect Stilton and perhaps the perfect loaf of French bread. 

Definitely NOT Kraft slices. 

Cheese, glorious cheese. 

Hilde does a taste test. 

Could this be the perfect Stilton we are looking for? I'm a little leery, I think I prefer Cheshire. 

Not for the faint of heart or lactose intolerant. 

How decadent is this. The cook would melt his giant wheels of cheese under a lamp, and when it was hot enough, he'd use a knife to scrape the melted cheese off the top of the wheel and onto the sandwich.  

Gjertrud and Hilde are glad we found not only the perfect toasted cheese sandwich on sourdough, bu the perfect Stilton, too. Our mission is complete.
